Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Trauma in Canberra, with relocation support available. You will work closely with surgeons and hospital teams to support Trauma procedures, while developing clinical, technical, and commercial skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
