Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Trauma team based in Canberra, ACT. This role focuses on supporting surgeons and theatre teams during trauma procedures while expanding the Trauma portfolio across the region.

Relocation support is available for suitable candidates. You will join a high‑performing team, receive comprehensive onboarding, and have opportunities for career progression through the Trauma division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related experience.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in trauma theatres and assist with procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on territory planning and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventories.
