Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Trauma team in Canberra. The role involves supporting Trauma procedures in theatre, building clinical and commercial expertise, and working with surgeons and theatre staff.

You’ll join a high-performing team with onboarding, in-theatre coaching, and ongoing development. Canberra relocation support is available for the right candidate, with a pathway to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques and industry developments.
