Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
• Minimum 2 years trauma management or relevant consultancy experience.
• Able to assess workplace issues and advise on interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for trauma response work.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical incident response services using PFA and trauma interventions.
• Deliver one-on-one trauma support and group sessions as required.
• Support organisations with incident themes, recommendations and process improvements.
