Job summary

Converge International is seeking trauma management specialists in Melbourne to provide rapid response services using Psychological First Aid and stepped care models. The role supports clients during incidents or organisational change, with potential delivery of EAP and training services.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in trauma management or 10 years in counselling, be registered with the appropriate body, and hold a current driver’s licence with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years trauma management or 10 years counselling experience is desirable.
• Registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Rapid Response Services using Psychological First Aid and stepped care.
• Deliver EAP, training and consulting services as needed.
• Assess workplace issues and recommend intervention programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and inform organisations of themes or improvements.
