Job summary

Inner Space Psychological Services is expanding its private practice in Campbelltown Leumeah NSW, inviting applications from Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers, and appropriately qualified Counsellors to join a small, senior team.

We focus on first responders, emergency services, and military populations, offering a supportive, non-hierarchical culture with ample clinical opportunities and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fully registered psychologist with general/clinical quals; experience with first responders, emergency services, and/or military populations preferred.
• SIRA registration or willingness to obtain it.
• Training in EMDR and other trauma therapies is highly regarded for this work.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with adults; option to work with youth.
• Manage a steady, well-matched caseload with full admin support included.
• Collaborate with a small group of experienced clinicians who are dedicated to this client group.
• Onsite work with some negotiable work-from-home hours and flexible scheduling; subcontractor arrangement.
