Qualifications

• Experience in providing psychosocial interventions and counselling.
• Minimum 3 years trauma management or relevant consultancy experience.
• Ability to assess workplace issues and provide solution-focused advice.
• Trained in Psychological First Aid and registered with a professional body.

Responsibilities

• Provide Critical Incident Response Services including emergency response and disaster support.
• Use Psychological First Aid to aid clients during incidents.
• Support organizations in identifying themes and making recommendations.
• Deliver Employee Counselling and Consulting Services as required.
• Provide one-on-one trauma support and group sessions.
