Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent.
• Must hold a driver's licence (green P) as role involves transporting young people.
• Ability to work with trauma-affected children and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality therapeutic care.
• Implement current best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines for child safety.
• Support young people in education, social, and recreational activities while fostering independence.
• Create a safe, nurturing home environment including meal planning and household duties.
