Berry Street seeks a Therapeutic Specialist for the Take Two – ENRICH program in Noble Park. This 0.8 FTE fixed-term role (parental leave cover) offers $119K pro rata plus super and salary packaging.

You will coach Residential Care staff in therapeutic parenting and support reflective practice at the homes. The role requires a health/welfare degree and at least 2 years of clinical work with children; postgraduate training and family therapy are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Health or Welfare field is required.
• Significant experience conducting clinical work with children (minimum 2 years).
• Postgraduate training and family therapy experience are desirable.

• Provide thorough clinical assessments of young people and families.
• Write comprehensive reports and translate findings into practice guidance for residential staff.
• Collaborate with care teams to achieve goals within set timeframes.
