Berry Street in Gippsland operates residential care homes in Morwell and Traralgon. The Night Residential Care Supervisor will lead a team of Residential Care Workers, ensure overnight safety plans, and respond to incidents from staff in the region.

This on-site role involves roster management and budget oversight within a therapeutic care framework. Applicants should hold a relevant qualification (minimum Cert IV) and a green P's drivers license, with trauma-informed practice modules completed

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or relevant qualification.
• Driver's license (green P's) essential for transporting young people.
• Completion of Trauma Informed Practice and Upskilling modules within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Manage the nightly operations of the Residential Care homes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Care Workers.
• Comply with reporting requirements for program components.
• Administration and accountability of annual budgets and program planning.
• Embed a therapeutic framework by overseeing best practice implementation of Children and Young People’s individual case management plans.
• Develop and assist with house rosters.
