Job summary

CatholicCare Wollongong is seeking a compassionate Team Leader to guide a Case Manager team within the Permanency Support Program. The role focuses on trauma-informed, child-centered practice and ensuring safe permanency outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Current Working With Children Check
• Willingness to travel across the Macarthur, Southern Highlands and Illawarra regions

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers within the Permanency Support Program.
• Champion trauma-informed, child-centered and restorative practice.
• Ensure services meet legislative and quality requirements.
• Oversee complex casework and permanency planning.
