• Experience delivering wellbeing or support programs for school-aged children.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and related school frameworks.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Capacity to engage diverse families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Student Wellbeing Team to support students with educational, social or emotional needs.
• Provide counselling and facilitate small-group programs to build resilience.
• Review and evaluate programs using data to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain records and provide reports to leadership as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and external services to support students.
