Aufgaben

• Provide individual and small-group counselling to support students' social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement safety plans and deliver psychological first aid after incidents.
• Run programs focusing on emotional self-regulation, resilience, conflict resolution and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to apply trauma-informed strategies and proactive classroom management.
• Contribute to IEPs, BSPs and participate in SSG meetings.
• Implement school-wide initiatives to promote connectedness and reduce absenteeism.
• Develop and maintain networks with external services and coordinate access.
• Maintain records and communicate relevant information to staff and parents.
