Job summary

• Experience engaging families and carers in goal setting and referrals.
• Strong communication with students, parents and community.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention, welfare support and counselling to students and parents.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing Team and school staff to deliver programs.
• Develop and review wellbeing programs for students with emotional or behavioural concerns.
