Job summary

• Completed degree qualification in Human Services or another related field.
• Experience engaging with diverse range of people using coaching and case management principles.
• Understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based frameworks.
• Ability to travel for work and hold a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management and supportive services to young parents experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
• Engage with young people to reflect their voice, culture, and goals in case plans developed with families and communities.
• Coordinate access to programs, support groups, and community networks that align with each young person’s goals and cultural needs.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to management and contribute to continuous learning and improvement in culturally safe practice.
