Job summary

TELUS Health seeks a clinician in Australia to deliver critical incident support across onsite, hybrid, or telehealth delivery channels. You will provide psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, including psycho-education sessions and individual care to organisations and their people after significant events.

Qualifications include Psychology or Social Work, AHPRA/AASW registration, and at least three years post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
• Registration with AHPRA or AASW is required.
• Minimum three years post graduate experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work within a trauma-informed framework and manage client risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions.
• Provide psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.
• Support organisations impacted by critical incidents across onsite, virtual or telehealth modalities.
• Manage client risk and engage stakeholders with empathy and professionalism.
