TELUS Health is seeking a clinician to provide clinical excellence in critical incident support across onsite and remote modalities. You will deliver psychological first aid, trauma-informed brief interventions, and psycho-education sessions to organisations affected by incidents or change.

The role supports hybrid working conditions, offering office or home-based options, with professional development and opportunities for leadership progression across multiple sites and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work or equivalent.
• Registration with AHPRA or AASW is required.
• Minimum three years post-graduate experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions.
• Deliver psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.
• Deliver critical incident support onsite, virtually, or via tele-support.
