Ventia is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join the Domestic Transport team supporting the Defence base. You will coordinate schedules, supervise drivers, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and liaise with site teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable transport services.

Ventia are currently looking for a highly experienced Transport Supervisor to Join the Domestic Transport team in support of the Base Living Working Services Contract.
Transport plays a critical role in coordinating and delivering safe, reliable, and compliant transport services across the designated Defence base. This role ensures contractual, safety, and regulatory standards are met by managing daily transport schedules, supervising drivers, and overseeing on-site activities.
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, the Site Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and support to embed a proactive safety and service culture. The role also contributes to staff development, fosters customer engagement, and ensures all operational activities align with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Please note: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance. Pre-employment medical assessments, including drug and alcohol testing, will apply.
