Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead a frontline transport team and ensure efficient service delivery. You will report to the Transport Manager and mentor Service Delivery People (SDPs) to meet training and compliance standards while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in transport/logistics, with a hands-on coaching approach, strong organizational skills, and a passion for operational excellence in

• 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally leading a team of 20 or more employees, preferably in a transport or logistics setting.
• A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and support frontline staff in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a hands‑on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
• A passion for leading teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast‑paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Service Delivery People (SDPs), working with the Transport Manager to ensure training and compliance.
• Oversee delivery route coverage, audits, and customer interactions to meet high service standards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to plan, troubleshoot, and continually improve service delivery.

About the Role:

As aService Delivery Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our transport service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of Service Delivery People (SDPs), working with the Transport Manager to ensure they are trained, compliant, anddelivering exceptional service to our customers during the delivery process. You’ll be hands‑on with the delivery route coverage, audits, and customer interactions, making sure every delivery meets our high standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about operational excellence. You’ll be the link between service teams and account managers, helping to plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve service delivery. Key Skills and Experience Required:
