Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead our frontline transport team, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Service Transport Manager, you’ll train and support a team of Service Delivery People, manage route coverage, and drive service quality across the network.

This role suits someone with 2+ years supervisory experience in transport or logistics, a hands-on coaching style, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally leading a team of 20+ employees in transport/logistics.
• MR (Medium Rigid) driver’s license preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and support frontline staff in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
• A passion for leading teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced industry.

About the Role:

As aService Delivery Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our transport service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Service Transport Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of Service Delivery People (SDPs), ensuring they are trained, compliant, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be hands‑on with route coverage, audits, and customer interactions, making sure every delivery meets our high standards.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally leading a team of 20 or more employees, preferably in a transport or logistics setting

A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver’s license is preferred but not essential

Proven ability to coach, train, and support frontline staff in a customer‑focused environment

Strong organisational skills and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and service delivery

A passion for leading teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast‑paced industry
