This busy transport operation offers a temp-to-perm pathway, with an ASAP start and a rotating roster between 4am and 6pm, blending early finishes with later starts as you prove yourself in a hands-on environment.

The role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service, scheduling transport jobs, and keeping customers informed while developing a long-term career in transport and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or scheduling is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Able to manage multiple bookings and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Book transport jobs and enter information into internal systems and portals.
• Coordinate schedules, driver availability and job requirements.
• Assist with route planning and efficiency improvements.
• Provide customers with booking updates, quotes and costs.
• Monitor queries and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams across dispatch, fleet and customer service.
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges with practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate booking data and ensure professional service.
