Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Provide customers with booking updates, quotes and costs.
• Monitor queries and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams across dispatch, fleet and customer service.

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll have experience in transport, logistics or scheduling, with an understanding of how important communication, timing and organisation are in a fast‑paced operation.
