Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and promote continuous process improvement.
• Keep accurate records for delivery documentation and customer invoicing.
• Liaise with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support fleet maintenance planning and adjust rosters as needed.
• Review and update driver rosters for full coverage and accuracy.
• Manage training records and coordinate required training.
• Monitor vehicle and driver compliance with run sheets and fatigue standards.
