Job summary

Booth Transport Pty Ltd in Gracemere, QLD, is seeking a Transport Operations Scheduler to plan resources, allocate fleets and coordinate complex movements across road, rail and wharf services.

You will work in a fast-paced team, delivering timely schedules, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, and using our Transport Management System to manage jobs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior transport and supply chain knowledge (DG's preferred).
• Reliable, flexible and team orientated mindset.
• High attention to detail.
• Sound experience in Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of our fleet involving road, rail and wharf services
• Timely and effective scheduling with clear communications provided
• Maintenance planning and coordination with the workshop team
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Preparation of relevant transport documentation & paperwork
• Safety focused leadership
• Job management in our Transport Management System (TMS)
• Assisting other team members and departments as required
