Job summary

Goldstar Transport in Western Australia is seeking a Fleet Scheduler to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our Long Haul fleet. You will work closely with dispatch teams, clients and operations to ensure timely loading, unloading and movement of goods.

The role requires at least 3 years in transport planning, strong knowledge of WA operations, and proven ability to handle pressure and manage priorities. We offer a supportive workplace, weekly pay, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport planning or long-haul scheduling.
• Extensive knowledge of WA road transport operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating a large fleet of trucks and drivers.
• Proficiency in transport management and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the Long Haul fleet to ensure timely loading and movement.
• Liaise with dispatch, clients and operations to optimise fleet utilization.
• Monitor and adjust daily schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on fleet performance.
