Job summary

Rimfire Resources geolocation Geelong, VIC seeks a Transport Scheduling Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling and truck allocation in line with fatigue laws and customer requirements.

You will work closely with drivers and the transport administration team in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to improve systems and transport outcomes as the business grows.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role is central to the day-to-day coordination of transport operations. You will be responsible for scheduling and allocating trucks in line with customer requirements and National Fatigue Laws, while working closely drivers and the broader transport administration team.

This is a highly engaged, detail-driven role where no two days are the same. You will liaise closely with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are planned, communicated and delivered efficiently. There is also scope to contribute to improving systems, processes and transport outcomes as the business continues to evolve.

About You

You may already be working in a transport scheduling or logistics coordination role, and ideally you would have a passion for the grain industry and/or Australian agriculture. You may even come from a broader agricultural background with a different skill set, and be ready to step into a more specialised scheduling position.
