Job summary

Rimfire Resources is seeking a Transport Scheduler in Victoria to coordinate day-to-day transport operations. You will schedule and allocate trucks in line with customer requirements and fatigue laws, working closely with drivers and the transport administration team.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end transport operations within a growing agribusiness. You will engage with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are planned, communicated and delivered efficiently,

Qualifications

• Experience in transport scheduling, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, ideally including fatigue management.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to deal with drivers and customers daily.
• A calm, practical approach in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day transport operations and scheduling in line with customer requirements and fatigue laws.
• Schedule and allocate trucks, liaising with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport systems, processes and outcomes as the business evolves.
