Job summary

Shoobridge Transport is seeking an experienced allocator/transport supervisor based in Murwillumbah to join our leadership team. You will work with the PUD team to schedule work across SE Queensland and Northern NSW, maximizing fleet use while ensuring staff safety and top-tier service.

This hands-on role involves coordinating daily operations, safety compliance, and developing a positive, solution-focused culture with a proactive approach to client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising teams, preferably in transport or logistics.
• Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• High attention to detail with problem-solving ability and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work under pressure and make solid decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of professional drivers.
• Coordinate and plan daily fleet utilisation, routes, and labour.
• Support warehouse to meet linehaul requirements.
• Maintain run sheet records, pallet control, and PODs.
• Utilise software systems to drive performance and productivity.
• Ensure Fatigue Management and CoR compliance.
• Promote site safety culture and apply company policies.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
