Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team in Ingleburn, NSW. You will coordinate daily transport operations, optimise schedules, and ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety requirements, while collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders.

Key duties include developing schedules, allocating loads, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate SAP/TMS records. A fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in transport planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using TMS systems, SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily transport schedules.

  • Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and transport legislation.

The Opportunity:
