Job summary

CSR are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team in Ingleburn. This role coordinates daily transport operations, optimises schedules, and maintains compliance with transport regulations and safety requirements.

You will have experience in transport planning or logistics coordination, knowledge of CoR and transport legislation, and familiarity with TMS systems; SAP experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience using TMS systems; SAP experience highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily transport schedules.
• Allocate loads and delivery times to transport partners.
• Monitor transport performance and adjust schedules as required.
• Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and transport legislation.
• Analyse operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records within SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
