Martin Brower is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support within our Transport Distribution Centre at Brisbane Airport. The role follows a Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm roster.

Qualifications

• Relevant general clerical/administrative experience preferably within a fleet or transport operations.
• Intermediate user proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP and Transport management systems and tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong team player with the ability to support team members effectively.

Roster – Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical and administrative tasks related to fleet and transport operations.

Organise and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Assist in maintaining the fleet and maintenance data base and schedule.

Support scheduling and coordination of transport logistics as needed.

Assist with financial tracking and record-keeping related to transport and fleet operations.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

About You:
