Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or a similar operational support role.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport schedules and journey plans.
• Manage customer delivery requirements and operational priorities.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers and subcontractors to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Maintain transport scheduling and compliance records.
• Monitor and analyse transport performance.
• Provide general administrative support to the transport function.
