Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Rutherford, NSW, is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to join the Infrastructure Services team. You will oversee project delivery, manage client and subcontractor relationships, and ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Reporting to the Program/Operations Manager, you will prepare management plans, coordinate materials, issue permits, track costs, support tender activities and maintain rigorous reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing management plans with site assessments, SWMS and traffic control requirements.
• Coordinating, procuring and tracking project materials.
• Preparing permits in line with Fulton Hogan policies.
• Managing internal finance: PO creation/tracking and invoicing support.
• Participating in tender reviews and supporting Estimating/Tendering.
• Liaising with Site Supervisors to gather information and documents.
• Tracking costs against budgets and reporting to the Program/Operations Manager.
• Providing contractual support to Site Supervisors: variations, extensions of time, non-conformances.
• Overseeing safety management: MSDS, SWMS and incident reporting.
• Preparing lot packages and submitting to clients.
