Job summary

Synergie Australia seeks a Contracts Administrator to support a busy Transport Infrastructure Solutions team in Arndell Park, NSW. You will manage purchase orders, work orders, claims and payments, contract variations and cost forecasting, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

The role is a full-time contract with an hourly rate of $67.07 plus super, based on a typical 8–10 hour day, Monday–Friday, starting soon and initially extending to 19 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Contract Administration.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or project-based environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Process claims, invoices and payments.
• Manage contract variations and maintain variation registers.
• Assist with monthly cost forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support subcontractor and supplier management activities.
• Maintain accurate contractual documentation and records.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor onboarding processes.
• Support project teams with commercial administration and cost control activities.
