Workhorse Staffing in Brisbane is seeking a Transport Coordinator / Driver to lead a team of 5 drivers while staying actively involved in daily operations.

You will allocate daily runs, support drivers, resolve delivery issues, and drive 3-4 days per week. This hands-on leadership role combines driving with people management to keep deliveries safe, on time, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Current MR licence (minimum) & Forklift Licence.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organised and think on your feet.
• Hands-on attitude - willing to drive, load, and assist around the yard.
• Strong safety focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from the yard and customers, resolving issues in real time.
• Act as the link between drivers, customers and operations.

What's on Offer

• Earn approximately $112,000-$127,000 per year + super (based on a 50-55 hour working week - $38.50/hr base rate plus overtime paid at penalty rates)
• Full‑time opportunity from day one
