We’re looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the fast pace of logistics, solving problems and keeping freight moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating container collections and deliveries
• Managing daily transport bookings and movements
• Liaising with transport providers, customers and internal teams
• Monitoring deliveries and proactively managing delays or issues
• Keeping customers and stakeholders updated
• Maintaining accurate information within our operational systems
• Helping improve transport processes and service levels
