Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment transport movements across the business, ensuring availability, timing and operational priorities are aligned.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and transport contractors to ensure efficient and timely deliveries and collections.
• Monitor transport costs and contractor performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and manage costs.
• Coordinate with preferred logistics providers to resolve transport issues and maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate transport records, requests and reporting through company systems.
• Provide practical transport support and guidance to internal teams, including ensuring forklift hire equipment and attachments are ready when required.
• Ensure all transport activities are completed in line with company policies, safety requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
