Job summary

LP Consulting Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to support daily operations for a large transport company. The role offers a full-time schedule, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a $40.00 per hour casual loading-inclusive rate and a Netley location.

Commencing ASAP, you will bring data-entry precision, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive team spirit. Applicants should have prior admin experience in fast-paced settings and a firm grasp of data-entry

Responsibilities

• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Catalogue data with appropriate tags for reference.
• Pallet management and co-ordination.
• Monitor inventory and reduce costs effectively.
• Maintain and update the database system as necessary.
• Generate periodic reports.
• Evaluate and approve Purchase Orders (POs).
• Provide general administrative support to the transport team.
