Job summary

An experienced Transport Administrator is sought for an ongoing part-time role in Brisbane. The position runs Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm, with $38.61 per hour and potential for extra hours.

The role covers transport administration, data entry, manifests, scheduling, and liaison with drivers and internal teams. You will manage transport systems, records, and general admin in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous transport, logistics or administration experience.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work part time hours.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• PPE required – Hi-Vis and steel cap safety boots.

Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for an immediate start in Berrinba.

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 3pm–7pm, offering $38.61 per hour. With the opportunity to pick up additional hours throughout the week.

Your duties will include:

• Transport administration and data entry
• Processing manifests and transport documentation
• Booking and scheduling deliveries
• Communicating with drivers and internal teams
• Updating transport systems and records
• General administrative duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Previous transport, logistics or administration experience
