• Strong data entry skills and high level of organisation.
• Proficient with MS Office programs and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Catalogue data with appropriate tags for reference.
• Pallet management and co-ordination.
• Monitor inventory and help reduce costs.
• Maintain and update the database system as necessary.
• Generate periodic reports.
• Evaluate and approve Purchase Orders (POs).
• Provide general administrative support to the transport team.
