Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for an immediate start in Orchard Hills.

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 5:00am-1:00pm, offering $38.61 per hour.

Your duties will include:

• Transport administration and data entry
• Processing manifests and transport documentation
• Booking and scheduling deliveries
• Processing returns
• Communicating with drivers and internal teams
• Updating transport systems and records

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Previous transport, logistics or administration experience
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• PPE required - Hi-Vis and steel cap safety boots
