Panorama Coaches in Colac is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Administration & Transport Co-ordinator) to oversee daily school and charter transport operations. You will support drivers, customers and the operations team, with hours typically 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional after-hours relief.

• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills across multiple software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily school and charter transport operations to support safe, reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Manage driver rosters, vehicle allocations and daily scheduling changes.
• Supervise, mentor and support drivers, promoting professional standards and safe work practices.
• Liaise with schools, customers, drivers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and operational issues.
• Complete operational administration, reporting and compliance documentation, maintaining accurate and audit-ready records.
• Assist with charter enquiries, bookings, quotations and scheduling, with training provided.
• Monitor service delivery and respond to disruptions or changing operational requirements.
• Support workforce planning and fleet availability.
• Maintain high standards of depot housekeeping, presentation and vehicle presentation.
• Undertake emergency relief school bus driving when required to maintain service continuity.
