Job summary

Murrays Coaches in Melbourne is seeking a team member for our Operations team at the Footscray depot to help manage and quality control movements. You will monitor real-time transport tasks, support drivers, and coordinate multi-vehicle movements on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high quality customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask with a can-do attitude.

• Flexible team player on rotating rosters, including some weekends.
• Experience in transport or tourism is preferred; Victorian Heavy Vehicle licence/Driver's Certificate desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time transport tasks and performance.
• Collaborate with driver team to ensure high customer service levels.
• Rostering and scheduling drivers, guides and fleet resources.
• Vehicle GPS reporting and on-site coordination for movements.
• Support conference and multi-vehicle movements on site.
