Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and remain calm under changing priorities.
• Willing to work in varied shift patterns including alternate weekends.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new technologies.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check for paid employment.
• Must have a MR licence and Bus Driver Authority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain shift rosters; allocate drivers and buses before shifts.
• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and are delivered safely.
• Fuel depot monitoring and maintenance of records; assist with incident investigations.
• Coordinate with depot/service delivery managers; drive best practices across sites.
• Complete shift reports and manage fatigue and payroll processes.
