Job summary

ComfortDelGro Corporation (CDC) is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Katoomba Bus Depot. You will manage shift rosters, allocate drivers and buses, and ensure services meet contractual KPIs while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will monitor fatigue, payroll, fuel, and maintenance records, responding rapidly to incidents and ensuring accurate data entry. Exceptional communication and leadership across a diverse team are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to think logically and stay calm under changing priorities.
• Willing to work varied shift patterns including alternate weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidential and professional in handling information.
• Proficient in computers and willing to learn new technologies.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
• MR licence required.
• Must have or obtain a Bus Driver Authority.
• Must have or will obtain a Working With Children Check for paid employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain shift rosters and allocate drivers and buses.
• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and manage fatigue and payroll.
• Oversee yard fueling, records, and depot supplies.
• Respond to incidents/accidents; update AX and CCTV records.
• Liaise with Depot/Service Delivery Manager to drive best practice across sites.
• Complete shift reports and manage overtime.
• Manage lost property records and customer liaison.
• Coordinate with mechanical staff on breakdowns and faults.
• Ensure Traffic Management Plan is adhered to.
