We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a significant business and process transformation initiative focused on creating smarter, more efficient ways of working.
You'll work across business and technology teams to understand current processes, define future-state ways of working and oversee the delivery and adoption of new solutions.
The programme is at an early stage, giving you the opportunity to help shape its direction, establish effective governance and turn transformation opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
AI and emerging technologies will form part of the transformation, but this is primarily a business and process transformation role, not a technical AI position.
Experience with AI-enabled transformation or emerging technologies would be highly regarded, but deep technical AI expertise is not required.
