Job summary

Cochlear is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major business and process transformation initiative. You will work across business and technology teams to map current processes, define future-state ways of working and oversee delivery and adoption of new solutions.

The programme is at an early stage, offering the opportunity to shape governance, establish priorities and realise measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes with governance, budgets and risks.
• Experience redesigning business processes and establishing future-state ways of working.
• Ability to embed new processes, technologies and ways of working.
• Strong influencing and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business, transformation and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme from planning through delivery, adoption and value realisation.
• Understand current business processes and help define future-state ways of working.
• Manage programme plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, risks and issues.
• Establish effective programme governance and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across business, transformation and technology teams.
• Provide programme oversight of technology delivery, partnering with technical leaders responsible for implementation.
• Drive business change and adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders.
