Job summary

Cochlear is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to drive a major business and process transformation in Sydney. You will work across business and technology teams to map current processes, define future-state ways of working and oversee delivery, adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role is a 6-month contract with flexible working. You will help shape governance, leverage AI-enabled opportunities and deliver tangible improvements for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes with governance, budget, schedule and risk management.
• Experience redesigning business processes and establishing future-state ways of working.
• Ability to embed new processes and technologies across organisations.
• Strong influencing and engagement skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme from planning through delivery, adoption and value realisation.
• Understand current business processes and define future-state ways of working.
