Job summary

Qantas Airways Limited seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Transformation Program for 12 months. You will maintain momentum, drive delivery, and ensure execution of the technology roadmap across SA and NSW.

You will work across organisational design, change management, technology and property to deliver a cohesive plan with accountable stream leads and strong governance. Based in Adelaide or Mascot, you’ll influence outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program and project delivery, incl. 3+ years in program management or leadership.
• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• PM delivery certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, governance and reporting standards.
• Own plan sequencing, resolve dependencies and manage risks/budget for cohesive outcomes.
• Lead large, cross‑functional delivery teams and uplift delivery capability.
