Job summary

Qantas is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a significant Transformation Program on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the Adelaide CBD or Mascot. You will drive delivery outcomes, maintain momentum, and ensure the transformation roadmap is executed with clarity.

You will establish delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting standards, partner with stakeholders across SA and Sydney, and scale delivery practices in a large, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in program and project delivery with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent certifications are highly regarded.
• Experience leading large, matrixed delivery teams and standardised frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set standard delivery frameworks, governance, reporting, and delivery controls.
• Own the plan, resolve dependencies, manage risks and budget coherence.
• Lead stream leads to ensure outcomes align with strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders across SA and Sydney to deliver a cohesive portfolio.
• Drive delivery discipline across multiple workstreams in a product-led transformation.
